Privacy Notice & Data Governance Terms

This document outlines the practices and operational rules governing how Jnf Electronic ("the Organization," "We," "Us," or "Our") collects, processes, protects, and discloses information gathered through your use of our software application, online platform, and related technical services. Engaging with our services confirms your acceptance of these standards.

1. Information Gathered Across the Platform

To ensure platform reliability, hardware integration, user account maintenance, and feature execution, we process several categories of records:

  • Submitted Contact Credentials: Details supplied directly by you during registration, profile onboarding, purchase checkout, or administrative inquiries (such as your full name, physical mailing/billing address, phone number, and a valid primary email address).

  • Automated Telemetry & Diagnostics: Technical information transmitted by your hardware when connecting to our system. This includes public IP addresses, operating software versions, browser architecture, visited interfaces, engagement timestamps, hardware markers, device firmware identifiers, and error reporting data.

  • Precise Device Coordinates: Subject to explicitly granted operating system permissions, localized positioning signals may be evaluated to provide tailored interface capabilities, local inventory checks, or regional network optimizations. Permissions can be revoked at any moment through your device’s security panel.

  • Session Cookies & Tracking Modules: Standard web markers and session tokens deployed to analyze interface performance, log user navigation flows, remember device configurations, and enhance overall technical efficiency.

2. Operational Purposes for Processing Records

Data collected across our platform and connected services is utilized strictly for clear business, technical, and functional objectives:

  • Operating platform infrastructure, managing user directories, and validating authorized logins.

  • Fulfilling product orders, technical service requests, digital commitments, and warranty or customer support inquiries.

  • Transmitting essential account notices, including multi-factor authentication tokens (such as one-time passwords/OTPs), order status alerts, security bulletins, and critical firmware/software updates.

  • Delivering relevant promotional updates, hardware announcements, specialized component offerings, and product advisories where permitted by regional guidelines (subscribers retain an immediate right to opt out at any time).

  • Running operational assessments, market evaluations, performance troubleshooting, network analysis, and functional optimizations.

  • Executing corporate restructuring, acquisitions, liquidations, or asset divestitures where customer records form an underlying part of transferred assets.

3. SMS & Mobile Communications Protocol

For users who select direct SMS text updates or multi-factor authentication alerts:

  • Contact numbers, opt-in timestamps, and message confirmation data are recorded strictly to handle account security, administrative alerts, delivery updates, and support communications.

  • Strict Resale Prohibition: Mobile contact data and messaging consent records are never sold, rented, leased, or distributed to outside marketing entities or commercial third parties. Only authorized telecom routing infrastructure partners receive these numbers solely to complete transmission.

  • Enrolling in text alerts is entirely optional and never a prerequisite for purchasing equipment or software services. You can cancel alerts at any time by texting STOP, or obtain help by replying HELP. Standard carrier message and data rates apply.

4. Controlled Disclosures & Technical Service Providers

We may share information with specialized external entities under contractually bound criteria:

  • Infrastructure Vendors & Technical Support Tools: Qualified support systems—including external ticketing, diagnostics, and helpdesk systems—operate on our behalf under defined operational safeguards and confidentiality agreements.

  • Affiliated Business Structures: Entities operating under shared equity, operational oversight, or corporate ownership agreements with Jnf Electronic must align with this privacy standard.

  • Public Interactions: Any content, identifiers, product reviews, or statements you voluntarily submit within community forums, technical discussion boards, or open spaces within the application are accessible to the public.

  • Statutory Compliance: Information may be submitted to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or courts when legally mandated to safeguard personal safety, protect organizational property, investigate security incidents, or satisfy binding warrants.

5. International Data Relocation

Our technical operations, hosting facilities, and cloud server networks may operate outside your domestic jurisdiction. Interacting with our software indicates your understanding that personal information may be transferred to, archived in, and processed within regional territories possessing different privacy statutes. All overseas transfers are conducted under verified administrative, organizational, and contractual protections.

6. Retention Framework & Erasure Protocols

We maintain records only for the period necessary to fulfill service objectives, warranty commitments, and administrative or statutory requirements:

  • Registered Member Accounts: Retained throughout active usage and up to 24 months following official termination to finalize pending account matters, service claims, or billing inquiries.

  • Support Logs & Helpdesk Records: Kept up to 24 months following issue resolution to track technical service history, improve component reliability, and manage potential dispute resolutions.

  • Diagnostic Files & Network Traffic Logs: Maintained for up to 24 months to conduct system security monitoring, prevent unauthorized access, and run technical diagnostics.

Once retention milestones expire, records are permanently erased, transitioned into isolated and scheduled-for-destruction encrypted backups, or stripped of personal markers to create anonymized statistical datasets.

7. Account Control & User Rights

Users hold actionable authority over their personal data records:

  • Directly review, update, edit, or purge recorded personal details by accessing the account settings hub inside the platform.

  • Request administrative assistance for record deletion, export, or rectification by reaching out directly to our support team. In situations involving ongoing tax, legal, warranty, or dispute requirements, data retention will be narrowed to the minimum legally necessary scope.

8. Safeguarding Younger Demographics

Our platform and electronics services are not configured for, marketed to, or intentionally collecting records from individuals below 16 years of age (or higher minimum thresholds designated by regional jurisdictions without certified parental clearance). If a parent or guardian discovers an unauthorized submission by a minor, notifying us will prompt expedited review and permanent removal from active systems.

9. Infrastructure Protection & Third-Party Portals

We employ modern electronic safeguards, encryption protocols, access controls, and firewall configurations to secure stored information. However, no digital transmission channel or physical storage environment can guarantee unconditional protection against breaches.

The platform may incorporate direct web links to unaffiliated external platforms or component manufacturers. We assume no control or oversight over external content, operational terms, or third-party tracking mechanisms.

10. Revisions to This Policy

We may periodically revise these terms to align with legal, regulatory, or technical developments. Significant revisions will be broadcast through visible in-app alerts, direct digital notices, or an updated revision date before implementation. Continued platform usage reflects acceptance of updated terms.

11. Legal Definitions & Entities
